Noah’s short story
If you were in sharing assembly last Friday (as one of the 40 adults in the audience!) then you would have heard Noah’s dramatic short story. This came from a writing stimulus that the children were given with a photo and story start. I think you will agree it is brilliantly written and intriguingly dark.
Lent: Stations of the Cross
The Stations of the Cross is a form of prayer used traditionally in Lent. Each of the 15 Stations retells part of Jesus’ Passion (his suffering and death) through images and words. Class 2 have drawn pictures to represent each Station of the Cross, which they have displayed around the classroom.
Use this Lent 2024 Ideas for Home ‘Watch and Pray: Wisdom and Hope for Lent and Life’ resource from the Church of England Archbishop Award to explore Lent at home as a family.
