How are you all? I hope you have had another fantastic week?
I loved talking to so many of you last week and hearing about all of the wonderful things you have been doing at home! The lovely walks you had been on, playing in your paddling pools, practising to write numbers and even the exciting arrival of duck eggs to hatch at home!
How did you get on with the mini beast hunt? Did you find many? I found spiders, woodlice and an earwig in my garden, but my favourite find was a newt!
This week you could try and make a mini beast hotel in your garden, have you got any spare logs of pieces of wood you could use? and some sticks and long grass to make it in?
I wonder if you could make a Duplo or Mega Blocks tower like we have done in Nursery? can you make it as tall as yourself? How many blocks did it take? you could make one for Mummy or Daddy and see who is the tallest in your family!
Can you draw or paint a picture of a colourful flower in your garden, look carefully and see what colours you will need.
What books have you been looking at this week? Maybe you could write your own story at home and draw some wonderful pictures to go in it? I would love to read them and I am sure they would deserve a special gold star!⭐
I would love to see pictures of your work or of some of the exciting things you have been doing since we last saw each other.
Please feel free to send them to myself
firstname.lastname@example.org or to Miss Preece teacher for home learning
and state if you give permission for them to be on the school website and the school’s Facebook page.
Look forward to hearing about all of your exciting adventures and seeing some lovely pictures.
