This week, Class One created a sound story to retell “Walking Through The Jungle”. Using body percussion, vocal sounds and rhythm sticks, they composed music to represent the different animals and then notated their composition using pictures and symbols.

In Discovery Maths, the children were shape detectives. After hunting for shapes in the environment, the children looked at famous artwork to spot, name and describe shapes. They were then challenged to create their own shapes using different resources.
