The school nurses led a presentation all about how to keep healthy. They talked about brushing teeth, washing hands, drinking water, exercising and eating a balanced, healthy diet. They also talked about the bucket of kindness, a bucket that everyone carries around with them. The children were challenged to be bucket fillers not bucket dippers. By using kind hands and kind words, they could fill other people’s buckets.
